When we register for Corporate Tax (CT), we uploaded the trade license and emirates id and filled in the expire date. What do we do if the expire date ends in a couple of months? Does it mean we have to do this every year? Or only edit the trade license date and emirates id, and upload it again.

Yup, I am already registered for CT. But if it's a business with not much transactions to and from the bank it should be easy to list it all in a sheet and then tick it in the FTA website forms (what I think).

So far I have read online is that you need to register for VAT if you made more than 375k AED a year or expect to make 375k AED in upcoming month.

@uranium that's right. The renewal can also be done easily straight with IFZA. The only thing what I am facing is the financial reports. Anyone here knows how to do it yourself and submit it to ifza and the government. Or do we have to wait and only prepare it? Thanks!

So everyone that has not yet registered for Corporate Tax needs to apply in 2024. So lets say you have to renew your license in April. Does it mean you have to register for Corporate Tax before June 30, 2024? Thanks!

Check 00:46. It shows exceeding 1 milion AED per year will pay 9% corporate tax. Less than that is 0% corporate tax. This was 375k AED before. Can anyone tell me if this is true and where we can find this information? Couldn't find it on the internet.

It looks like the most will qualify. The only questions I have: - How much will it cost to rent space ? (because it's mandatory) - How will we get a proof of address? (most banks want proof of you living in Qatar)
