    Just go to bankofamerica.com , you can open both personal or business accounts remotely there. But you need to have SSN or EIN (in case of a business account).

    Most likely Wise.com (ex Transferwise) https://support.hubstaff.com/connect-transferwise-account-user/ they seem to be using similar design. You can try and count the number of digits showing there in the account number and google what bank has that many numbers.
