Limiting data visibility for estonia ou ubo

E-residency has nothing to do with residency. Your comments don't really make sense here. It's a digital signature for managing Estonian companies, among other things. Being a Bahamas resident won't let you sign contracts on behalf of an Estonian company remotely. In fact, you cannot be...

    Russia / Norway

I'm assuming that you have already googled this - there are some major law firms that advertise for such services: https://www.thommessen.no/kompetanse/sanksjoner-og-eksportkontroll https://www.wr.no/kompetanse/internasjonale-sanksjoner-og-eksportkontroll But you said they couldn't help you? What is the tax implication if i establish a company in estonia while being in india

CFC rules have nothing to do with PE/PoEM rules. They are completely separate concepts. Even if you don't have the PoEM in India, you could still have a PE in India. But good to know that India doesn't have CFC rules, at least that part won't be an issue then.

What is the tax implication if i establish a company in estonia while being in india

I can't speak to the Indian rules specifically, but most countries would require you to at least disclose to the tax office that you are the UBO of the Estonian company. And yes, if it's just you, then it will usually be seen as a local company from a tax perspective. If you're only a passive...

What countries make the most sense Tax Wise for my situaton?

Norway then? ;) Norway has a treaty with Qatar, but not UAE. Estonia in practice has no tax on dividends. So if you have a company in any country, you can receive dividends from that company tax free in Estonia. Having family in that country would usually be a strong tie for tax residency as...

What countries make the most sense Tax Wise for my situaton?

I'm not a lawyer - you should check with a lawyer from your home country. But in theory, yes. Cyprus doesn't "step back", it's simply in their own law: You are tax resident IF "you spend 183+ days in the country" OR "you spend 60+ days in the country AND no other country claims you as tax...

EU: Any way to have no UBO or avoid its publication?

No, the UBO is a person. But you could try setting up a foundation (which could have "protecting English nature" as its purpose) or something, as others have mentioned.

UAE fines and ban from country

No. Not necessarily. Probably depends on where you want to bank. I thought you don't need a visa? You don't need a visa to have a company. But what is the purpose of the company then? Are you planning to hire employees in the UAE? A mod should probably move this to a separate thread, though.

What countries make the most sense Tax Wise for my situaton?

No, it's not a magical paper. You can have many tax residency certificates. If there's a treaty, the countries will have to come to an agreement on where you should pay tax. Legal representation in both countries will probably cost you quite a bit of money. And even then, why would a country...

What countries make the most sense Tax Wise for my situaton?

Source? Most high-tax countries have had such rules since forever and they are NOT about CVI. You still don't understand the difference. Germany for example does not have a CVI under domestic law, but having a key to an apartment would make you tax resident. By contrast, Estonia and Lithuania...

What countries make the most sense Tax Wise for my situaton?

Cyprus can't "revoke" it, their own laws say the paper is immediately invalid if any other country claims you as tax resident and you haven't spent 183+ days in Cyprus. So there is no need to revoke anything, the certificate is just void under Cypriot law because you will no longer be tax...

Limiting data visibility for estonia ou ubo

You can also have e-residency without an Estonian company and an Estonian company without e-residency. Granted, many people only got e-residency to set up a company, but it's not a requirement in any way.

EU: Any way to have no UBO or avoid its publication?

Old thread, but can't you set up a structure with multiple companies owning each other? I believe that's one way to avoid the disclosure of the UBO?

So no residence permits for nomads in Thailand?

It's not (only) about tax. I guess the fear is that information may get leaked that you are an interesting target. You may get robbed/kidnapped etc. Not sure how likely this is in Thailand, but I can imagine it's a big problem in e.g. South America.
