How safe are offshore banks during a recession?

Europacific will not suffer from any crisis, they have different accounts in different currencies. If, for instance, the euro currency collapses due to the ECB printing money, you can buy US dollars. Also, they aren't directly connected to real economy. So, they don't possess toxic assets like...

Legal responsibility when working as an "offshore" advisor

I am interested in becoming an advisor for people who are looking for tax optimization, setting up companies and using EMI's. However, I wonder if I could be exposed from a legal point of view by selling this information as a service. I wonder if I could be legally in trouble if I would provide...

    Company formation advice needed

@dutchboy Let's imagine that the IBC is a gibraltar company. Imagine that you succeed to open a bank account in gibraltar. At some point you will need to transfer money from Gibraltar to the Netherlands. You will pay the dividend tax 15% on it. but then, you must also pay the social...

    Company formation advice needed

I discourage you to try the dutch sandwich. I have set up an Irish company and it was a mess. Cyprus is a much better place than Ireland. In the Netherlands, you pay a lot of taxes as a tax resident anyway. The corporate tax in the netherlands is not the problem: Reduction the Dutch corporate...

ePayments may have a hidden agenda, be warned.

They didn't come back to business. I think they will get brankrupt. How long can you pay employees without revenue? Then, once they will come back to business, no one will accept to work with them anymore. People may want to withdraw their money and that's it. the reputation of epayments will...

Things to do before telling my EU-country I am emigrating?

Usually, in your EU country, there is a dept at your tax authority for non-resident. You must send them a letter to mention that you leave. For example, in the past, I moved from Europe to Canada. I sent a letter to the tax authority. It was really handy because I had no problem with the tax...

AdvCash as your prefered Crypto - FIAT wallet?

i must give more details. I think that every of those EMI have their advantages and disadvantages. Advcash allows many different solutions to deposit and withdraw money. On the other hand, still to this day, Wirex is dead end. It does not allow to make any transfer to an account (SEPA in EU...

AdvCash as your prefered Crypto - FIAT wallet?

I think that advcash is a good solution but it has a lot of rules for transfering payments. That's why I use Wirex and quppy. Those two have much less rules to make a transfer.

    BitWala

@Elve, it is funny to me. All those EMI run after cryptocurrency users. The crypto users are their customers. Without cryptos there would be no business. However, they annoy their customers with KYC/AML.

Bank account for an Estonian licensed company

I am not a service provider but I opened an account at quppy to move money. It was a personal account and they provided me an IBAN from GB under my name. The KYC AML is pretty light. I think they asked me for a selfie and my ID if I remember well.

Revolut is a Scam and why you should never trust them.

Revolut has developed a monitoring program that automatically close bank accounts based on some criteria. They didn't publish those criteria. They just have a page in place somewhere in their blog stating that they monitor your account transfers and they may block it whenever they want. whether...

Chat Room at OffshoreCorpTalk good or bad?

@Admin I think you should limit your chat room access to the mentor group. I have some experience about communities and I can tell you that a chat room will attract trolls, scammers and pretenders (liars).

Paypal sending Data to Tax office?

In the first place, I think that you can't use Paypal Belize to receive money as a business. Or at lease there are some limitations that makes a Paypal account from Belize useless. I tried it a long time ago. It is a waste of time. I don't know in Austria but in germany and france, paypal...

What's important when you choose a service provider?

Clear availability schedule: For example, I incorporated a company in Ireland and the virtual office was closed most of the time.
