LLC non-resident and personal account in Puerto Rico

Yea, this is a setup many people are running to avoid CRS, currently. Most of them use Mercury or Wise for the LLC account and banks like Zenus or Amerant for personal. I myself have been using Amerant for a year now and the experience has been very good. They do require a $50k minimum though...

    Best address for UK darks

Update: Tried with both BG & UK addresses on Wise. Did live verification on the personal account, then incorporated the UK LTD and opened the business account. No further verification regarding the identity of the person was asked on the business setup. Once the business account was up, I...

    EMI without live KYC

I completed verification with Stripe UK on two accounts this week. Was only asked to upload a scan of ID & utility bill. There was an option for live verification too but it wasn't mandatory so I obviously went with the scans

Question UK EMI for EU resident

As far as I am aware, both Wise and Revolut offer both LT and UK IBANs. Try converting some of your EUR to GBP.

Are payment processors fine with EMI's? (foreign owned UK LTD)

The only payment processor I have found that has problems with EMIs is Mollie. Besides that, Stripe and the high-risk processors were ok for me with EMIs & non-UK directors. The cost of opening a UK company is meager. You should try it out. And just a heads up - the website that you apply to...

EMI that offers lots of VCCs

Looking to create a business account with an EMI that will allow to create large amounts of Visa/Mastercard virtual cards. I have two companies that can be used for this purpose: one based in Cyprus and another one in the UK. I know Revolut allows up to 200 cards but I'm looking to get more...

Question Best setup for Onlyfans income

If you live in Thailand, the Thai tax office won't consider your foreign company tax resident (check here in the 'Residence' section.) As such, you will be able to pay taxes for your company in the country where it is incorporated. In addition, Thailand won't charge personal income tax for...

AMC works just fine. One of my clients is down there completing his biometrics today. Cheap but decent.

    Cheap apartments in Dubai?

If you're looking to get a lease agreement in the UAE for tax residency purposes, look into the emirate of Ajman. Possible to get an apartment there for 8-10k AED yearly rent that comes with a Tasdeeq (Ejari version of Ajman) that in turn can be used to apply for the tax residency certificate.

Foreigner with a Gibraltar company in Cyprus - tax free?

The dividends in Cyprus would be taxed at ~2% because of the GESY contribution. If you don't want a bank account, then it should be an ok setup. BVI with nominees could be another simpler option.

Foreigner with a Gibraltar company in Cyprus - tax free?

While it is true that the company might not be considered tax resident in either Gibraltar or Cyprus, what about the country where the director is resident? That country will most likely have tax jurisdiction over the company since the director (management and control) is there. However, there...

    Best address for UK darks

I'm looking to open with a UK tier 1 EMI like Revolut or Wise. I have the guys in person so they can do the face scan. Each company won't do more than $50k in revenue. It's to do a proof of concept for a new biz. Last edited: Mar 4, 2023

    Best address for UK darks

Let's say I'm using BG darks for a UK company (for some reason they might be highly available to me.) Should the bank accounts be opened with a BG address or a UK address? And if anyone has companies that incorporate with darks, I'd appreciate it.
