    Getting accepted on Mercury

I didn't have a website and I got approved, the most important part is who is the owner (give them all the info they want) and after that they care about the business so be as transparent as you can (plan of business, clients, EIN, papers, etc)... Then you shouldn't get issues. BTW, there are...

Bitcoin up above 22.000 $US right now!!!

Dude I read the paper back in 2013-2014 when I first mine a Bitcoin and I have been using cryptos for years to receive and send money from different countries, I don't HODL like prayers of get rich quick schemes do. I'm building a "stock market" for real state in South America based in the...

I will say yes, SEC is charging them because of selling securities but they claim the aren't so I guess gamblers just decided to run away from this coin

    Non-dom USA C-Corp - expenses

You have a C-corp, that's not commonly used by foreigners since you need to pay taxes in the US, that's why it's better to ask an accountant. I have an LLC but they are taxed differently

Bitcoin up above 22.000 $US right now!!!

I'm a crypto user and enthusiast even before 2017 but to be honest charts only work to know the past... To me bitcoin it's like gold: They don't do anything and only have price because people think they have. I really miss those days where cryptos weren't target by gamblers, I believe in the...

Bitcoin up above 22.000 $US right now!!!

I only hope XLM doesn't go up too much, transactions fees are nothing compared to others and my crypto real estate business is based in stellar assets so the lower the price of the coins the lower the price of transactions fees haha

Failed to Open a US Bank Account - US-resident Partner

Please, don't do that. In some countries it's ok but in the US they don't like that and that will remove the limited liability too. There are a lot more banks there in the US, keep trying and see if another one accepts you and if not, then try with EMIs

    Crypto to Real Estate

yes why not? We have been doing it here in Latam, you only need to comply with the laws in your country and declare the transaction in the local currency (but you don't need to liquidate the cryptos for that)

    Wyoming LLC

    1) 0% as long as the business meets the criteria to not be involve in US business, all profits are taxes in your home country no matter what you do. 2) Probably not. 3) Probably yes. 4) wyoming is pseudo anonymous, people can't find you easily but the IRS and the banks will have all the data...

Opening Bank account in the U.S by family member

I know, that's why I asked because I guess OP didn't know about that. I do have an LLC there and CPAs always recommend to avoid US partners if you want to keep things simple

Having a US citizen in your board wouldn't trigger US tax in your LLC?

    Which jurisdiction for webapp

You are not giving enough info yet, but I guess Lithuania could help you since is where most of the "financial services" are being created in Europe these days. Everything related with "financial services" I think is better to talk to a consultant who really understand the field because most of...

Where and How to buy Real Estate (Property) using Bitcoin (Crypto) ?

Then I guess UK is a pain in the a*s, here in Chile we can liquidate 100k in coins at once if we have proof of everything

Where and How to buy Real Estate (Property) using Bitcoin (Crypto) ?

If is all legal, I think easiest way will be liquidating the cryptos first and then with fiat you go and buy the property. I have a real estate agency in Chile and we accept cyptos but is not that easy to buy there as a foreigner because you will need to match some criteria from the government...

From BTC to the regular stock market?

If you don't live in a tax hell, you can buy in Uphold (but is not a real stock, they are just STOs). But, get ready to follow a KYC.
