Lawyers and accountants are giving conflicting information

Person Regulations are open for interpretation, which is why they can give conflicting advice. Good idea, anyone in this forum who has opened a US LLC from offshore tax exempt or 0% tax country?

Singapore Resident forming company for $30K/m profits

Thank you for the great response @Sols ! Hmm that is complicated. For simplicity on paper we'll just say Singapore and leave it at that. The rest of the crew will labeled as be contractors. Yeah, its just that US has a culture to be lawsuit happy compared to other parts of the world. We're at...

While Stripe added Cyprus to its list, I believe if you have a non resident company, you cannot get payment processors like Stripe and Paypal.

Hello guys, I've talked to many advisors in the field and I've lowered my options to 4 separate structures. (US LLC, Hong Kong, Singapore) Can you guys take a look and let me know what you think about these structures? Are they legit? Are there risks? Is one recommended over another? Status...

Lawyers and accountants are giving conflicting information

This is a double edged sword. 1. The lawyer that only gives advice can give bad advice because he is not accountable for it. But he can give honest advice because he doesn't profit from it 2. The lawyer that will incorporate the company and maintain it is incentivized to sell his services, so...

Lawyers and accountants are giving conflicting information

The conflict isn't about local taxes. It is about US sales taxes and US contractors. Which these guys are speacializing in. For local taxes all their responses are the same: "I don't know. Ask you local tax dudes"

Lawyers and accountants are giving conflicting information

I've booked and called many lawyers and accountants, they are giving conflicting information about the same company, same situations. Sometimes the difference of advice is like gray/black, sometimes the advice is 180 degrees the opposite it is like white/black. After many calls and meetings...

Oh and I must add, I tried sending money from Wise to Binance deposit accounts, it didn't allow me. That's the only time I had a problem with Wise.

    is transferwise safe?

I've tried Paypal, Payoneer and Wise. I had best experience with Wise. I was able to hold $250K in my personal account without a problem. My transfers were under $10K. The only thing I hate is their UX while sending money.
