How about to make the same thing as people do in Europe for god sake, find a homeless guy to handle the director role and manage a small office where he can sleep and mess around. If you only need the company say 1 - 2 years you could care less.- Houdini

You have to file the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) for any US LLC with a ownership of more than 25%! As far as I read, the information is not public on all states i.e. New Mexico and Wyoming at least.- Houdini
