What is the point of having nominees if you can't speak with them? I just wonder if it wasn't easier to simply appoint someone you know as director or shareholder for the company?- alley

I asked an agent that was offering me a of the shelf company if these companies were with nominees already appointed, the answers was YES all companies have nominees. Is it possible to sign off the nominees and take over the control of the company?- alley
