You may have more luck if you hire a US-based lawyer to send them a letter. At least it will lend your request more credibility.

100% that. Save yourself a giant headache trying to comply with random UAE rules that change every week, and just move to Cyprus or Malta -> enjoy practical zero tax. Open offshore co anywhere you want and use it to charge your B2C clients. these countries don't really care nor check.

Agreed, it's so easy to just move to a low or zero-tax jurisdiction and solve all your problems. But some people just love to prophesize doom all day long and warn about the imminent collapse of all civilization and economical system.

I guess you can also contact every bank on the list they publish and try your luck.

As @Sols said they are a service provider, not a bank. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here so just google "GSL offshore banking" and you'll find a whole list of banks they work with.

Easiest solution is to gain another citizenship and renounce. The sooner you escape US Tax authorities the better.

GSL may be able to help you. I haven't worked with them but I have heard only good things and their business is doing exactly that- helping people from CIS countries open bank accounts.

Sounds great. A few people here mentioned a few months ago that if you are a day trader and this is your main income, Cyprus may try to still claim that this is your salary and try to charge social insurance tax on it, do you think this is likely?

Just because one is wealthy doesn't mean one is immune to marketing. Usually active funds only out-perform due to survivorship bias (except a very select few)
