    Where to create offshore company

Again: You said "Even though they will not give you tax residency straight away it's good to use as a tax base." I asked: What's a "tax base"? How can one use them as a tax base provided that one has no tax residency there, or hasn't obtained one yet?

I know a lot about cambodia and banking/business ask me anything.

No, cards are always a problem there. Salesmen are, often, unaware how to use them, let alone "contactless" payments. Or they'd be relactant to use them. When I'd show them that I could use their own card reader in a contractless manner, they'd become speachless for a few seconds. But some...

I know a lot about cambodia and banking/business ask me anything.

What do you mean - shoud be? I'm telling you - they said "high risk country, won't open an account", in both banks. And they pulled it and read it from their rules, in front of me. In Aba they would, but with a lot of additional documents and with draconian limitations (explanation of each...

    Thailand visa

What do you mean "paid visa the police were offering"? Is it a legit and official visa and classes? $1k for year, that is? How does one look for such sorry-a*s, cheap, flexible but still legit and legal classes?

Man, learn to read. I've not asked about long term. And I said "not thai language classes"

    Thailand visa

Alright. But an average Joe who doesn't know Thai language - will this work? I'd obtain a student if I had no obligation to visit classes. Or visit them once in 1-2 weeks, for 1-3 hours. Can it be done? And I neirner speak Thai, nor have intentation to lean it. I'd rather learn other things I...

    Thailand visa

Firstly you're talking about a fake visa. Of course, with a fake student visa one won't have to visit the classes. But try not visit them with a real one. Secondly, with a fake visa you might get into a trouble because of the fact that a visa is fake.

    Thailand visa

Why "save $20k"? Is an anual student visa free? He'd still have to pay for either visa anyway. Besides, a student visa requires you to actually visit the classes. Otherwise they'll find out and invalidate it. I wouldn't want to visit classes, I'd better buy the Elite visa.

[UK Ltd] Does "current address" make any difference tax-wise for non-resident?

At least, I'll always be able to change my address for UK Ltd - the country. Well, for banking I'll use my bullet-proof non CRS option - Monero. Moverover, it has no plan even to join CRS. s**t, even Bitcoin has no plan. P.S. Ahhhaaa-haaahaa.

How will the turkish tax authorities find out about that UK Ltd? "Let's see... Is Mr. Rainy is a tax resident here in Turkey for this year? No. Move on to the next candidate". Last edited: Mar 22, 2021

[UK Ltd] Does "current address" make any difference tax-wise for non-resident?

It's not a permanent address, neither a residential one. It's a current one. A utility bill can't prove one's permanent address. If I rent a flat for 1-2 months in some country, it doesn't make me a resident there, nor does it prove that I live there permanently. But there's a law in Turkey...

Non UK resident. When opening an Ltd, they or and agent require a proof of your *current* country and address in it -- utility bill or something similar. It's apart from your passport. As I understand, it may not imply that you're a tax resident in a country, but merely the current place and...

I know a lot about cambodia and banking/business ask me anything.

1-2 years ago I went to some banks, Aba and Canadia, there and they told me - 'high liss cuntly'. Meaning, my passport is of a country with high risk and they wouldn't open me an account. What country? Cuba, Iran, North Korean are among those. But I'm from Russia. Unbeliviable. They haven't...

Bro, "clean business" can mean a lot of thing. That doesn't my question What have wanted to say which I haven't said already? What's clean business? clean is subjective. Who cares where goods are exported from, from China or not, good quality or not, as long there're no chargebacks? If...
