Either Piraeus or Bank of Cyprus are good banks to open an account with.

For a ready-made offshroe company, offshore account and merchant account you have to be lucky to find any working package / solution! I have been looking for such for some time and had no luck. If anyone know how to accomplish this, please post back here or PM. Thanks!

That's the two only banks who offer same day transfer? Are there none of the offshore banks in Mauritius og in Hong Kong who offer the same?

We are in the same boat mate:) Looking for answers as well but see the St. Vincent bank and Bank of Mauritius are good alternatives so far but looking for more input please ;)
