it seems most UAE banks require a pay slip or similar to open an account. What if you haven't taken a salary in years and just lived off savings? Is it enough to just show proof of funds?

So if I understand correctly, regardless of which free zone is used to set up a company, as long as it's a single-shareholder entity, it's a FZE. Going deeper, does that mean a FZE does not have limited liability?
