Thanks, will look into the resident/onshore options of the countries with the lowest tax and without withholding tax for foreign individuals/companies. Hungary looks quite interesting, especially you good lower tax rate by royalties, interest payments etc.- ms20

Thanks for your answers. Found a solution where i need two companies. One company (shelf) without bank account from end 2015 is fine as there are no cash restrictions in HK. Thus a royalty , service fee can be paid in arrears in cash as well. Anyone of them comes at a lower purchase price...- ms20
