    No, I simply wasn't charged a fee because I didn't hold any stocks etc, just a small amount of CHF and EUR. when I opened the account they gave me some free stocks and when the fee kicked in they confirmed if I sold the assets there would be no charge.

    Ps I've had an account for a couple of years following discussions here. My experience has been positive with great prompt support comms. I think there is a quarterly fee if you trade but if you only hold fiat then the account attracts no charges. Nice.

    An appropriate email sent and app deleted. :) ps re Contomobile above, I received a request for very basic transfer amounts info and then account opened literally 20 minutes later. Did a test transfer using Payward Ltd and it arrived within minutes. So far.... so good...!

    I may be way off the mark here but for those amounts what about gift cards via Bitrefill? Then just use the cards for your food etc and reallocate your salary savings accordingly.

    Hi, yes I read those and that was one of the main reasons they ended up on my shortlist - I disagree with having to organise and pay for a Non-Criminal record check though so have let them go. Have just signed up with Contomobile so we'll see how they get on.

    This sounds interesting - will take a look. Have recently been looking at Mt Pelerin for off-ramp and also tried Tap Global for their card options but load is only in EUR. A shame as they provide a GB IBAN.
