    Usually if you're the UBO, that company is also considered controlled from Estonia (cfc rules). In the end the most important thing is your personal tax residency.

    Residents of any country with local indicia (not only UAE), are not reported abroad via CRS as they are considered locals.

    Yes, that is for corporate. I'm talking about natural person section in FATCA agreements which are usually two way street, the one to the USA much more detailed and comprehensive than the other way.
