    third world vs. first world

What you say about protonmail, bitcoin and paypal is very true. Even if in paypal terms they tell you they can pass information. But from my observations from what i was paypal is still the best.

    AEOI - beneficial owner reporting?

yes, they do... but now we wonder whether they report it to the jurisdiction where the company has been incorporated and / or the country of the beneficial owner. For me, privacy issue means tax issue. In particular, IRS issue. taking into account they have the technology, all the people who have incorporated a Delaware LLC and who make money out of US sources, will receive in the next year a letter from the IRS wherever they are located in the world...

How the bank reference letter can be a danger

Several bank accounts ask for a bank reference letter. At the beginning i thought it was just part of paperwork and then i understood it could be dangerous. I do think it is always better to go for agents, companies, jurisdictions that don't ask for a bank reference letter. I understood it when...

Offshore company corp occ / Ibc ltd

I would like to second Auric and pinpoint that there is nothing such as a cheap & fast offshore company formation. In ALL the advertisements that we can see online, no prices are the right ones. For me, expensive means above 2500 euros.

Latvia has create a black list of jurisdiction

That's why i advise this bank. They don't need an introducer. Also during Latvia office hours, you can chat with them on the website, they answer. You can find their bank opening form so that you can see what type of information they are looking for. It is all pretty transparent. It was not...

Latvia has create a black list of jurisdiction

I strongly discourage to open a bank account in Estonia or Latvia at Swedbank or SEB. They are very soviet minded and perform additional useless check against foreign person which slow down the ban account opening for nothing.

Latvia has create a black list of jurisdiction

Baltikums is now very interesting. They just lowered their fees. In order to open a bank company there, they ask you 3-6 month bank statement rather than a bank reference letter (which is definitely way more clever) They all speak & understand well english. There is no hidden fees. BUT they...
