    Why should that be difficult to answer, if you have the contracts between the company, employment and director in place and they are draftet by a local lawyer everything should be fine.

    It provides a great layer of privacy and creditor protection if registered in good time. I have spoken with my domestic lawyer and he told me that for future security and asset protection planning it is still a valid and awesome tool.

    From what I have got of information from Admin and his team then a Cyprus company has the lowest tax rate in Europe. A combination of a Seychelles Holding and a Cyprus Trading will eleminate the tax the companies have to be! This sounds pretty attractive to me.
