I never understood the concept either.. And i see a lot of people coming to say they can get my paypal verified if i let them to by paying around 5-10$ to create a VCC. I just refuse since i never needed a verified paypal to withdraw to my bank account. Debit cards don't work in paypal?

Well for the first time it took me around five days to get the cash transferred to my bank account. But however when your account is linked to your bank account, it takes usually 3 days to transfer to your bank.
