    Forex trading is not banned in both countries. You can trade forex in the US but the leverage is much lower. I don't know about India but they are so strict on capital controls I understand your concern. My friend works for a forex brokerage in India so he told me how bad it is.

    Have you looked at Wyoming LLC? People look at Delaware but Wyoming is usually must easier than Delaware.

    Maximum privacy sounds good, but if you get locked out of your account and your money you'll wish there was a bit more transparency. Unless you are really slashing and burning a business which is illegal I could never recommend it.

    I really hate having the idea from what I read so many of our businesses hinge on 2CO in case they decide to changes rules. Any ideas they will? Risk management will kick in at some point.
