Why take the advice of someone with no accountability when for a small fee you can get real advice and have peace of mind? Only laziness would prevent you enquiring with a qualified professional

Will your bank account be in the US or elsewhere? For US bank account you are required to get an EIN tax code from the IRS. If you bank in the US be careful as my understanding is you will be liable for federal taxes if you sell to US. However, I'm no CPA. I'm just going by what I've found...

The state of Delaware is tax free, but if you sell to US you will still be liable for Federal taxes. Hence don't be fooled that Delaware is "offshore." It is very much an onshore jurisdiction and with comes FATCA regulations, etc. Understand your target audience first and how first world markets...

    Delware company with bank account?

I'm guessing all of them, if they let you open an account, why not merchant facility also? They may require something additional like fixed address you operate from within the US, some services offer lease agreements on a virtual office that may suffice.

I didn't know a Delaware offshore company exists... I'm pretty sure Delaware is an onshore jurisdiction with corporate profits still payable to the IRS. The difference is shares are owned by foreigner or by US Citizen/Resident and the state doesn't charge tax on profits earned outside the...

    Delware company with bank account?

Most banks will approve a merchant facility but you need to be transparent. Anything shady and they'll reject you. I don't know of any online bank options

From what I've established so far a Delaware LLC should cost no more than $600 to set up. Bank account is free if you travel to USA. PNC bank offer multi-currency accounts and merchant facilities. If you open up a new PayPal whilst in USA and link to bank account you should have full use of...

Offshore Merchant Account for non US citizens

First atlantic commerce is one of the merchant card facilities I've been told is safe to use. When you speak of high rates and complicated procedures, can you elaborate? PayPal charges me 1.30GBP per sale for my website. I think that's pretty high! My shop based in the UK with UK bank and card...

Poll: Top Tax Heavens whatyou thinkg?

Tbh I'm relying on the experience of my friend who has used the process. He, like me is a British citizen. I cannot comment if it will be easier or harder if you're a different nationality. I think US citizens will find Gibraltar just as difficult as anywhere else. I live & work in the US and...

Poll: Top Tax Heavens whatyou thinkg?

I've been reading plenty about Gibraltar. Seems banks are still quite friendly to this jurisdiction and getting a merchant card facility to take payments is also possible. I've still not made my mind up but my short list is getting shorter, pretty much down to UAE, Singapore, Gibraltar & Cyprus ...
