    I was able to open corporate accounts with Trynovel.com, Brex, Wise with no issue using the US LLC. I am also a non US resident. You should not have any issue as long as you have the formation documents and the EIN letter.

    Yes, a non resident alien, who does not have any employee, and manages his business from his home country. But his clients are all from the United States. US clients order from the website and complete their payment using a payment gateway. All services are delivered from a remote place.

    Most of my clients are from California. Initially, I thought it was a good idea. Then I started researching about the tax implications. I can tolerate the tax. its just the uncertainty of which documents to file and how much to pay for the federal income tax that is tough for me
