Bulgaria or Cyprus for company and residency?

Not yet, I am looking into it later. Anyway, opening bank accounts was possible as a non-resident, which is maybe more interesting for the large public here.

Bulgaria or Cyprus for company and residency?

I decided to try Bulgaria this year, and so far, I have been quite happy. Setting up the company with bank account was about 500 euro, took one visit to the notary and second to open the bank account (process has two phases, the lawyer who did the company papers opened bank account for the...

Why risk offshore? Just pay some taxes

You can maybe avoid paying VAT by using few companies and all of them would then stay under the VAT threshold. You have unique situation where you are selling to private individuals.. this might be something to concider. Each company could be in different countries - thus attract less attention.

Why risk offshore? Just pay some taxes

I must comment a bit.. Unfortunately, some EU countries limit the amount of profit (dividents) that can be taxed as capital gain. The rest is taxed as income with much higher rate. So just looking at capital gain tax rate doesn't tell the whole picture. Also, unfortunately, income tax rate...

    Best ways to withdraw cash?

Yes, I know Tavex, originally from Estonia. I believe their offer is similar to Eurex which I mentioned in my original post, but there are no details on the website. Sure, using credit/debit card is an option, but so far, the best offers I have seen are somewhere around 5000 EUR per month...

    Best ways to withdraw cash?

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but here it goes: What would be the best (and cheapest) way to withdraw cash? Let say, from Sepa enabled EU based bank/EMI? Debit cards often have about 2% fee for ATM withdrawals, which is already quite much if you need, let say 5000 euros (whopping 100 euros...

Don't know where to start with my music shop!

With 15 euro investment, UK company is a solid choice for at least one year. And as we do not what happens after Brexit, it might still be a good (or even better) after it.

Don't know where to start with my music shop!

If you want sell without VAT, UK might be very good option. Extremely easy and cheap (like 15 euro) to incorporate and you can sell 90000 euro per year without VAT. It gives very good competitive edge over other EU states. In my experience, rather easy to open EMI or real bank account from...

Bank Account or EMI for an offshore company

I hope I had the same "problem". :) Anyways, how about dividing this between 3-4 banks? There are many benefits from this. If you have problem with one bank, you can just use others more until situation is resolved. I believe many banks learn to trust their customers over time. When you do...

    Any satisfied Payoneer user?

As a registered AirBnB user (host) you can choose your payout method. One of the options (maybe depends on country, I don't know) is Payoneer. If you choose it, you will be directed to Payoneer website where you can order the card. If I remember correctly, they do not even ask document photo. On...

LeuPay.EU - Review please is it a good offshore bank?

Leupay sent email today and said IBAN accounts change. Previusly they were from Malta, MT89STBA19116000xxxxxxxxxx, from April Bulgarian BG03INTF400xxxxxxx. I have been happy with their service, account was easy to open for EU registered company. Card came in about one week.

    Any satisfied Payoneer user?

I use Payoneer regularly for incoming AirBnB payments. It works very well, payout to the card the next day from Check-in. However, I have noticed two weird things: 1) the AirBnB branded card doesn't usually ask for PIN on payment terminals (haven't tried ATM ever), but I need to sign. Not a big...

Bank account for Montenegro company and swift fees

Hello again and thank you for your replies. No, I haven't incorporated yet. Yes, it's not cheap/free, but not crazy either. With banking fees, I don't so much mean the fees charged by Montenegro banks (these are quite civilized), bu the cost of making Swift payments from EU banks. Customers...
