    Would you trust Wirex?

Would pick Bitwala over Wirex if only EEA was considered https://www.trustpilot.com/review/wirexapp.com?languages=en&stars=1 Quite a bunch of reports there that some wire transfers are going MIA, then poor support. Anyone with a similar experience ? As it is, it feels not particularly tempting...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Re passthrough, not chaining accounts to lose the trail, but more as the center of an asterix structure, where that account acts as the feeder, so related to other accounts 1 by 1 outwards then inwards. In Andora, I had much other activities on top of “bridging”. Really, it did not matter to them.

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

What's the general stance about admitting openly to use the banks as bridge ? They generally do get along with the thought ? Andorra made me fear rejection painfully

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Thanks, I'm seeking this kind of info. Which are the banks you believe were the most easy to deal with ? CIM over Mauritius ? Like some french minister, I'm allergic to administrative paperwork ;) joking, I'm always law abiding Right now, looking at Bank Fricks (Lichtenstein) and Falcon Bank...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

You must be right, I will swallow the pill. Otherwise, I'm considering banks from Mauritius : MCB and ACB to name them

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Indeed. Also, I'd have more faith in this swiss protection scheme than the FSCS european one. But again, I won't let money sleep at CIM at all, just a hub used as transition to trading brokers in Europe principally (1 in the USA), so not much a selling point for me :) Some trading brokers...

Okay, understood, heard you. Unfortunately, I don't have access to much EMIs accepting Andorra (non EEA country) are very few to my knowledge : PaySera (but now they got an issue with SMS codes not being received to mobile phones here, that they cannot fix, blocking actions), LeoPay &...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

The collapse of BPA, due to the US acting based on corruption allegations, even made things worse.

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

In Andorra, I felt this way, “monitored” by preying eyes, anxious about my own actions, which I was doing just fine in France or Switzerland, without questions asked.

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

@MrMagoo This comment could have been made about the andorran banks. Exactly that. They want to be the end destination instead of serving as a “bridge” account. They all asked me to leave after performing a simple transfer (sometimes even before, just speaking of it) to good reputation forex...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

Okay, thanks for the warning notices. I escaped the Nemea Bank failure so I can understand this argument. I used to be a client of UBS when I lived in CH, but mistakenly closed it, now much harder to reopen from abroad. Between UBS and CIM, the conditions are night and day, so I'm having a bit...

Indeed, same zone, approximate look-a-like. Their service + e & mobile banking are reported to be efficient. They're also an InteractiveBrokers white label (+MetaTrader) for trading purposes. I have been using PaySera & LeoPay with satisfaction, but I plan to scale up and transfer in & out...

PNB Banka (former Norvik Banka) anyone ?

I don't plan on keeping sleeping money there, only use it as a temporary hub between other accounts. It's just I can't make up my mind to work with partners such as CIM Bank (fees all over the place, even worse) or EuroPacificBank (not enough functional)

I need to prepare a few plan B ahead of time. Used to be recommended by <<snippet>>. Could it be the “best” option from Latvia ? Remote account opening not possible, but can meet representatives abroad like in London. Fees a bit on the pricey side... https://pnbbanka.eu/en/charges Otherwise...

TransferWise alternative to save on FX conversion fees

I was able to open at OFX (minimum transfer >150) and CurrencyTransfer (minimum transfer >5000) currency brokers. Also LYNX Broker, which is a white label of InteractiveBrokers without inactivity fees (if balance maintained above 1000) with slightly higher fees: 0.005% min 5 After some...
