Offshore investing companies in Tax Heaven

My Singapore Companies cost me <US$3,000 per annum each and with monies kept outside Singapore zero tax. Singapore is also outstanding as an acceptable legislation which does not prompt any questions. As CaptK says the Structure behind the company is what's important.

    Thoughts on Tax Residence

user9823671 how would naming your (new) country do anything to exposing you ? The answer is probably nothing but why would I take the chance when my tax-free status is worth a lot of money to me (at least 7 figures)? I try to be helpful to my fellow members of this forum (we all help each...

    Thoughts on Tax Residence

I then established residence in a new country that taxes territorially (i.e. only on income earned locally or brought into the country) and notified the UK authorities of my new (foreign) address and asked...

Estonia company + Estonia bank account

As a matter of fact, I have e-residency (although I live far from Estonia) and I found it very easy to form a company in Estonia and open a bank account, maybe because all my activities are totally legitimate and above board and I pay all applicable taxes and I appeared at the bank in person. I...
