    Invoices from non-resident companies

You will be able to open bank accounts, though you have to show up there. I assume you are not from a high-risk country if your customers are from Europe? EMIs work fine as well, TransferWise being the most popular around here.

    Invoices from non-resident companies

My personal opinion: You will neither face problems in the UK, nor will your customers face problems in their countries. Uk Ltd = simple and cheap - but corporate tax. UK LLP = requires a bit more work (at least 2 'shareholders'), if set up correctly and you are tax resident in let's say UAE...

    Invoices from non-resident companies

I totally get you, options like going to the UAE are most likely for those, where the customers do not care or where you already have your business partners that trust you. A UK Ltd / LLP will most likely not raise any questions if everything is legal and documented - but there is no-one who...

    Invoices from non-resident companies

Tbh if you actually live in UAE and have substance there, you are able to prove the authorities of your customers that you are legitimate, hence they will not have a problem with your invoices from UAE at all. But I understand that you would like to 'please' your customers with a UK invoice...

    Invoices from non-resident companies

We are on the same page. I am saying for the German tax authorities, I haven't seen any problems regarding invoices from UK Ltds. They simply didn't bother.

    Invoices from non-resident companies

In Germany I haven't faced any issues at all with UK LTds. Even better if they have a VAT. And we have a small-invoice-rule that invoices below 250€ have less requirements. Not sure about US LLCs.

    New and wondering..

As far as I know, since 2018 you have to disclose the Shareholder to your registered agent. So if you are looking to do something illegal, this won't protect you.

Mainly Software and Consulting for Game Developers - the biggest on the market. And at the same time selling exploits and bots for said games.

Looking for a business solution for my adult tube site

I obviously do know :D but you are right, it doesn't make any difference. Setup with LLP & Offshore evades taxes in one county, LTD evades in two countries. Doesn't make that big of a difference, lol.

Looking for a business solution for my adult tube site

Since he is going the dark route anyway: what about corporate tax regarding the LTD? Profit transfer agreement offshore or paying tax?

Looking for a business solution for my adult tube site

Just wondering: are we talking about a LTD or LLP?

Looking for a business solution for my adult tube site

Where are you from? What is your revenue per month? What is the exact reason you wouldn't want to be associated? (illegal; privacy; tax?)

UK LTD tax efficiency for online seller

Do you still live in the UK? Then you'll have to pay taxes in the UK. An offshore company won't help you with that since the government will know what you are doing. A different way would be to set up companies and bank accounts with darks (fake / stolen ID) to remain anonymous. This is only to...

    Offshore structure for SaaS business

It does make sense, though you will have trouble finding a bank for offshore companies. As long as you pay your taxes you should be fine. But keep something in mind: since your customers are most likely from a high-tax-county as well, they might have problems with your offshore invoices...

Offshore Holding - EU/UK Billing Company

News to me! But that's what I am here for. So if I have the choice between Fakes (good ones, with selfies, copies, utility bills) and real ones (from a random person), I should probably aim for the last one.

Offshore Holding - EU/UK Billing Company

Thanks for getting back to me. I didn't know that agents require the original documents, do I actually have to send the physical ID to the seychelles? Well then using the real ID of some bum is the only option.

Offshore Holding - EU/UK Billing Company

Finally part of the mentor group - first post in here. ;-) I would like to request a little help regarding a few things I have thought about. I will ask the questions I have at the very end. The Goal I would like to be tax-free on some of my income whilst being completely anonymous. So nothing...

German shelf UG - will baks trust it?

no problems on this end so far. I have consulted various people opening a UG (+ bank account) in Germany, neither a resident nor a citizen. I do not offer services like this on here though, so don't try to contact me.

What about Georgia? Haven't found any news that they committed to AEOI / CRS.
