If Bankera accept US LLC's, how would one withdraw cash from ATM machines around the world? Last time i spoke to them, they were not able to issue an ATM card (debit card).

True! I have actually messaged a guy who (among other things) helps non-US residents filing forms for their LLC's. However, I am wondering... Let's assume one doesn't file the forms properly and actually gets the 25.000 USD fine. If one is not a resident of USA (and lives in Europe like me)...
