Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

Yeah, well I would pay 0% corporate tax as my only customers are European companies and the work is done outside of the US. The only tax I will be paying is the tax I have to pay my own country if I chose to give myself a salary, right? But Mercury doesn't want to open a business account for...

Okay, I just got this reply from Bankera: "At the moment, we do not cooperate with businesses that at related to the US. Moreover, Bankera cards are expected to be available by the end of this year and they will be issued to private accounts at first."

If Bankera accept US LLC's, how would one withdraw cash from ATM machines around the world? Last time i spoke to them, they were not able to issue an ATM card (debit card).

So every year, the forms shall be filed for the previous calendar year, yes? So for the income of the company in 2020, this shall be filed in April 2021? By the way, if there are no reportable income, should the LLC still file the forms saying that there was no reportable income?

It seems so. By the way, if I chose to incorporate a new company in January 2021, does that mean that the first time I have to file form 5472 and 1120, it will be in April 2022?

Well, I don't own anoffshore company yet, but I guess it depends on where your company is located. I have heard that it is truely difficult to open a business account with Ameria Bank. Where is your company located and how was the proces with Ameria Bank?

True! I have actually messaged a guy who (among other things) helps non-US residents filing forms for their LLC's. However, I am wondering... Let's assume one doesn't file the forms properly and actually gets the 25.000 USD fine. If one is not a resident of USA (and lives in Europe like me)...

Well, on the IRS website, it states: Only member of LLC is an individual - LLC income and expenses are reported on Form 1040 or 1040-SR, Schedule C, E, or F. If you prefer to file as a corporation, Form 8832 must be submitted. Only member of the LLC is a corporation, income and expenses are...
