    Yes you are right the branch in UK it's the best option and not too much complex to set up. But the customer ask us a limited controlled from the US entity ....

    Not too much simple, the UK entity Is controlled by an US entity (a single member). The customer wants an account in UK, I think that TW can works. Ah One director Is a nominee :)

    One of our customer asked us a very hard solution for their business: UK company based in LONDON, 100% controlled by a US company formed in Delaware, bank account in uk (EMI can works), director nominee The only difficult is the company controlled by an UBO not resident in UK. Any solution ?

    Thank you Martin, yes I know it's too expensive and not convenient open a new account only for this transaction. Take into account that we have some other cost if we accept the dividend from Loyal Bank such as: documents certified and shipping cost.
