Best Brokerage for NON-US and NON-EU resident

I write again on this topic regarding INTERNAXX: I'm not resident in my home country but they want to report in my form anyway my TIN of that (together with the new residence country). What do you think about it? I'm ok even if they share but I'd rather prefer not.

How does the residency check work?

it really depends a lot on the country. But in general the 183 days rule is just the starting point, you are resident even if you don't live there all that time but the country remains the center of your social and economic life (IE. you have family, you have business, you keep all the money in...

Best country close to EU for bitcoin earnings.

"In most cases, says Levin, investigators turn to Chainalysis when they already have some kind of lead, like a Bitcoin address they found among a suspect's possessions" - I can do it too then. lol

You didn't explain me how they know if some activities are behind some wallets. But it's OT so it's all right, let's back to the OP. PS. My question btw wasn't related to illegal activities but just bitcoin you have no tracks.

How are they supposed to know what's the source of bitcoin? You can even mix them up and they become "untraceable"..

Best country close to EU for bitcoin earnings.

I think there is something even about the operations, but generally is about how many bitcoin you own and the current value of them (cannot be over 51k or you are considered a speculator and need to pay 26% on profits).

Best country close to EU for bitcoin earnings.

Always been curious about this: let's say I have bitcoins for long but I didn't keep any proof of the operation so it would be hard to declare them. So you decide to put up a dummy website where you can buy something with BTC through coinbase or bitpay and move your bitcoins to a "legit"...

The law is more tricky than this and I wouldn't trust the Italian fiscal system: they do like to change the rules and apply them retroactively. But it should be like this: private not owning more than 51k€ in any moment isn't considered a speculator, so he doesn't need to declare the...

    Fresh Hong Kong Company

Just need to find the right branch and buy personal insurance and they'll help to open business account as well. Before trying personally I read everywhere it was impossible to have a business account in HK with no business in the city or with China: it's simply not true. Just need the right...

Whats your thoughts about Transferwise now?

After reading carefully (I didn't pay much attention to the news) TW will be still able to get transfers from SWIFT, so nothing to worry about. But still, it's a unique service, I hope more alternatives will come with the same features.

You are right. I was referring to the old details. What a shame they lost this feature.

How to move cash from France to HK ?

Buy BTC in France, Sell BTC in HK. Not cheap, but doable.

Whats your thoughts about Transferwise now?

Don't spread disinformation: TW Eur can receive SWIFT. Then in specific cases (for instance if you get from high-risk countries) they can ask documentations etc.. But I've been using it for so long to get EUR wire transfers from all over the globe with no problems at all.

Whats your thoughts about Transferwise now?

TW Eur can definitely receive transfers from NON-Sepa.

    banking in HK and protests

I didn't open with HSBC, but many services offering the support to bank opening offer HSBC, so I guess it's not the more difficult.

    banking in HK and protests

Oh I didn't expect they could push this far to be honest. Great to know. I just hope they don't close as fast as they open, cause at least in my case the due diligence wasn't that annoying as I expected.

    banking in HK and protests

I thought the same, and everywhere you can read this. I was pretty sure there was a 0% chance of opening, but.. it's not the case. The trick? Buy a life insurance with them. Bank managers do need to sell this kind of products, if you can buy let's say a 5k$/year insurance per 5 years, they are...

    EMI for Hong Kong

As far as I know these are the best options, but Currenxie EUR is in HK. Airwallex can be in EAST Europe or Germany (they don't allow all to use the DE one as far as I know). You can consider Epayments (if they accept you, not lot of chance) and Payoneer (IBAN only for SEPA).

Looking for Offshore bank account (with Credit Card) to gambling marketing company

"Gambling Marketing" companies have problems to do so pretty everywhere actually. Maybe just Malta and Cyprus are still a bit friendly about it..
