    You are correct. Though resident company have to pay 10% tax of net profit, it is better than non resident company. Because, 10% tax open the door of many advantages. Btw tax percentage already increased in Cyprus recently ;)

    Yes, you are correct. But you have missed the 'shipping charge' part. If you sell service, then okay, you can sell cheaper than EU locals. BUT if you sell digital goods, you or your customers will have to pay shipping costs . So, it'll not be cheaper;)
