What are some territorial or no tax countries that don't require your physical presence to maintain residency?

What would be the advantage of having this Gibraltese tax residence compared to Georgia*? (assuming you're an EU citizen, so you already have right to stay in the EU) *Georgia - Conditions of Tax Residence for HNWI: proven wealth of $1mil or annual income over $75k over the last 3 years AND...

Is this true? You can live in the Europe for years without owing them taxes?

Yes, I'm aware of this ruling and I plan to rent a place in Georgia and cash out some crypto profits... BUT I also want to live in different EU countries (as a tax non-resident, in temporary rented "non-permanent" apartments, 2-4 months per country per year) and I obviously want to manage...

Is this true? You can live in the Europe for years without owing them taxes?

OK, let's assume I'm staying in countries like the UK or Spain for a couple months without becoming tax resident there and I'm: 1. Getting passive income, like dividends from public stocks - definitely no tax issue, correct? 2. Getting income from stocks or crypto which was held for over 6...

Why do I need ANY tax residency?

What about "I have income only from outside of your country and I'm not a tax resident in your country"? What would happen if you give them another EU country, then you go to that country for a few days, but "change your mind" and actually get a residence in a 3rd country without letting the...

Offshore Company Managed by a Perpetual Traveller

Looks like that's the case: Non-resident enterprises carrying out economic activities in Georgia through a permanent establishment (PE) are subject to CIT with respect to its Georgian-source income. (source: http://taxsummaries.pwc.com/ID/Georgia-Corporate-Taxes-on-corporate-income)

Offshore Company Managed by a Perpetual Traveller

So generally there's only one place of "effective management" of a company? Or can there be multiple places of "effective management" similar to natural person being able to have multiple tax residencies in one year? Thanks for your answers, I'm currently looking for one. I've contacted...

Offshore Company Managed by a Perpetual Traveller

Are you talking about personal or corporate taxation here? Let's use Georgia as an example: 1. Personal taxation is pretty straightforward. Resident and nonresident individuals are taxable only on Georgia-source income, so no issue here as my income is from the outside of Georgia. 2...

Anybody tried to withdraw money from a crypto exchange to Georgian bank account?

That's for the official residency by investment with an ID card. But to cash out from Krypto exchanges you don't need this, as the exchanges only require utility bill as a proof of residence. So you can just rent some place and get an utility bill in your name.

Anybody tried to withdraw money from a crypto exchange to Georgian bank account?

You stated "cryptocurrency investment/sale" as source of funds in the AML questionnaire? You can use Payward (Kraken) for USD wire withdrawals, but for EUR wires outside of SEPA countries only Etana? AFAIK, both payward and etana ask for utility bill. You're saying that Georgian utility bill...
