So if a dividend is received by a natural person in a low tax jurisdiction (not taxed on foreign income) from the Estonian holding company, it should be taxed 7%? Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia for a holding company

Not sure about the PE, since corporate tax is paid in the established country where the subsidiary resides, so there would be no sourcing of any work to the Estonian parent, it would be a "true" holding company. But I will of course check all this with a legal team thu&¤#

Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia for a holding company

"That's of course assuming that you actually live in a tax-free country without tax treaties. If you really live in a high-tax country, then this wouldn't work. But then most likely your original plan wouldn't work either as your holding company would likely be taxable in that country under...

Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia for a holding company

So, to conclude 3 options would apply in my case, as most feasible: 1) Estonia 2) Cyprus 3) Malta And choosing one would depend on the tax residency country of mine and how DTA would be treated. How do the above countries differ in "yearly maintenance costs" when it comes to costs? Eg. which...

Free Panama corporation - registered since 2018, give away

Just a side note, you don't really need to pay to have it dissolved? If you do nothing, it will be dissolved over time, right?

    Revolut Bank Feedback

I have used both Wise and Revolut for a while now. Actually switched over to Revolut since Wise was not able to deliver the currency accounts I need (with currency speficif iban/bic). Wise is easy to get an account, but once in a while they will "bother you" with documentation. Nothing to worry...

Need to receive SEK wtihin EU

Hi, just wanted to confirm that it works perfectly to receive SEK using a Revolut business account (should be same for personal I assume, but you need to be an EU-citizen or resident, not sure). Revolut is a little cumbersome to get things going (but very, very helpful, you will get all the...

No tax on dividends between EU companies, how about Jersey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, etc?

Hi, What are the rules regarding dividends between companies within a group (eg, parent/subsidiary) now after Brexit, when it comes to Jersey, Isle of Man and even Gibraltar? Is it still possible to send dividend from your EU-company to any holding company on those islands, without any...

Need to receive SEK wtihin EU

Correct, you need to be EU-citizen for an EU-company. On the other hand, you need to have a specific setup for a Swedish board of the corporation, so you still would have someone that is at least an EU-citizen to be on the board, and that person would be able to open the account with Revolut.

Talked to them, same thing as with Wise, you would need to use a specific reference/message since they use third party for the SWIFT.
