Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Some of you are waiting that PS is coming back to this forum. He will not and all the funds of opt-in group are gone for ever and there is no way to get anything back as we volunteered to give them to Qenta Opt-outs might get part of their funds on some day, but they need to wait for several...

https://news.spacconference.com/202...nvestors-acquisition-i-terminates-qenta-deal/ I have no reason to lie, about nothing I have told here. Please Google, the shareholders of Qenta, you don't need to be Einstein. If PS will not give any comments during coming days, we have an answer already...

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Redko, I confirm also that Qenta is blocking the liquidation. I have got this info from my friend already some time ago. I do have the copy of this letter (black on white) but as it is a personal and confidential letter from the receiver. I cannot include this letter here as an attachment. You...

It is also very easy to orchestrate an innocent bankruptcy and then move the money to a new entity / to the same beneficial owners under a new entity. After that the opt ins have no chance to get anything back. It is a perfect crime indeed. Last edited: Jan 13, 2025

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

Let's assume PS will win his private lawsuit and get 56MM. He advised us to file other lawsuit right after and we will get all the funds back about 60MM and it is happy end. I cannot believe this one, not even in my wildest dreams. It just will never happen. The little island of Puerto Rico...

PS is also shareholder with Qenta. It is smart to start risky business using funds of opt in clients. It shows a good moral indeed. Last edited: Jan 12, 2025

it is a bit strange that total claim of “private”plaintiff is extremely close the total assets of EPB including, the interest rate, court, lawyers fees etc. Attachments IMG_5693.webp 126.4 KB · Views: 80 Last edited: Jan 12, 2025

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The opt-in clients including me have chosen Qenta voluntarily, what was my second biggest mistake after opening account with EPB, if Qenta has wasted our funds or part of them. PS knows the truth, if he wants tell that to us. In case he will be silent, it is already an answer. Last edited...

The smart and wealthy ones took their funds from EPB, about 200MM what was about 70% of bank total deposits, just before the famous press conference. Have you ever thought, why they realized to do it just on time.

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The receiver promised to have a liquidation plan in last year. But now due the lawsuit everything is frozen for the time being.. The normal order after liquidation to share the funds, which are still left.. 1. Receiver 2. Customers 3. Shareholders Now, PS has taken position 2 above and he sure...

It is not relevant where I got this information, Peter knows it as well and he will not say anything here. Qenta has about 20MM or had”¦ “Being silent means yes” Last edited: Jan 9, 2025

I agree this one with you, but your lawsuit might last up to 3-5 years to be a bit optimistic and receiver is using funds of EPB to protect himself without any limitations. Last edited: Jan 9, 2025

Euro Pacific bank is a scam

The ugly truth here is that PS suing OCIF and Receiver as a private individual and this case has nothing to do directly with EPB customers. So there will be only one winner If any. Last edited: Jan 9, 2025

Not surprised to know, that Qenta has already wasted great part of the funds. Also, It will be very hard to get anything from them. Whose idea the opt-in & Qenta was at first place ? Last edited: Jan 8, 2025

Peter has been quiet and no updates about the lawsuit for us, I suppose they are not good ones and he prefers not to mention that. Looks like none of us will get the funds back and receiver with OCIF are happy to use our funds to defend themselves

Looks like Qenta is makkng a good profit with interest rate 3-4% from USD 30 million. They are not in hurry to return our funds and they can keep on doing this the next years ahead. There is always an excuse for a new delay.

Puerto Rico is one of the most corrupt places on planet earth. Now I know this one personally and I learnt my lesson. Most of the lawyers in PR are not happy to help as they are afraid about the OCIF and once you find one who agrees to assist you, the lawyer just collect your money with lies...
