It is also very easy to orchestrate an innocent bankruptcy and then move the money to a new entity / to the same beneficial owners under a new entity. After that the opt ins have no chance to get anything back. It is a perfect crime indeed. Last edited: Jan 13, 2025

Let's assume PS will win his private lawsuit and get 56MM. He advised us to file other lawsuit right after and we will get all the funds back about 60MM and it is happy end. I cannot believe this one, not even in my wildest dreams. It just will never happen. The little island of Puerto Rico...

The smart and wealthy ones took their funds from EPB, about 200MM what was about 70% of bank total deposits, just before the famous press conference. Have you ever thought, why they realized to do it just on time.

I agree this one with you, but your lawsuit might last up to 3-5 years to be a bit optimistic and receiver is using funds of EPB to protect himself without any limitations. Last edited: Jan 9, 2025

The ugly truth here is that PS suing OCIF and Receiver as a private individual and this case has nothing to do directly with EPB customers. So there will be only one winner If any. Last edited: Jan 9, 2025

Peter has been quiet and no updates about the lawsuit for us, I suppose they are not good ones and he prefers not to mention that. Looks like none of us will get the funds back and receiver with OCIF are happy to use our funds to defend themselves

Looks like Qenta is makkng a good profit with interest rate 3-4% from USD 30 million. They are not in hurry to return our funds and they can keep on doing this the next years ahead. There is always an excuse for a new delay.

Puerto Rico is one of the most corrupt places on planet earth. Now I know this one personally and I learnt my lesson. Most of the lawyers in PR are not happy to help as they are afraid about the OCIF and once you find one who agrees to assist you, the lawyer just collect your money with lies...
