Best offshore jurisdiction for collecting AdSense income?

@4br what about privacy when using a UAE company? Is your name on some register that anyone with half a brain and an internet connection can find? What appeals me about US LCCs such as New Mexico and Wyoming is the secrecy they offer from the average Joe (and then some more). @hireblade89...

Is it US-sourced income or not? App revenue going from Apple Inc to US LLC, for an app business run from outside the US and by a non-resident alien

Thank you Starfleetio. I'm a EU-national who is UK resident, UK tax resident but not domiciled. In my case, as long as foreign income is not brought to the UK (i.e. transferred to a UK bank account), the UK is cool with not taxing it at a personal level for me. I don't even have to declare it...

Is it US-sourced income or not? App revenue going from Apple Inc to US LLC, for an app business run from outside the US and by a non-resident alien

OK, thanks. Then the next question is: can it count as US-sourced income, given the above specifications?

Is it US-sourced income or not? App revenue going from Apple Inc to US LLC, for an app business run from outside the US and by a non-resident alien

Update: I've read in a popular article about Wyoming LLCs that the revenue you get passed on by Apple after they have taken their 15% (30% if your turnover is over 1 million) is classified as royalties and therefore always layable to witholding tax in the US (presumably at a federal level)...

Best jurisdiction for Mobile App pubisher company (possibly Delaware)

That's what I was told too. But as per the discussion with this guy, if all of your operation is from outside the US, you might still enjoy zero tax. Otherwise, I was thinking about an anonymous US LLC (New Mexico, Wyoming) being the owner of an Estonian ÖU that publishes on the App Store and...

Is it US-sourced income or not? App revenue going from Apple Inc to US LLC, for an app business run from outside the US and by a non-resident alien

As per the lengthy title. Can the revenue of such a set up be classified as non US-sourced income and therefore passed on to the sole proprietor of the US LLC without US corporate tax? Please note, the app revenue comes from an entirely digital product that is completely contained in the app...

Best jurisdiction for Mobile App pubisher company (possibly Delaware)

Talking to this guy gave me hope. But I need to find conclusive proof. I'm finding this whole thing really annoying, Apple and Google are really vague about practical details. Already understanding which one of their legal entities you'll be dealing with. Because if you could deal with their...

Best jurisdiction for Mobile App pubisher company (possibly Delaware)

Hi! Is that confirmed? I mean, the following: 1- you have an organisation dev account with Apple and Google 2- the organisation is a US LLC 3- the legal entity of Apple and Google that will deal with you contractually are the US branches of Apple and Google, because you use a US based company 4-...

Incorporating a business with an app product on App Store and Google Play

Thank you all for the answers. I have learned that as UK resident but still domiciled in Italy, I don't have to pay any tax in the UK on income that arises from overseas so long as I don't bring that money in the UK. This would seem to counter any CFC issue. I think a major factor here could...

Incorporating a business with an app product on App Store and Google Play

Hello! I'm looking to incorporate a legal entity to sell an app product on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. I'll describe my situation below and list doubts/questions. I have done some research on the forum, but I guess each situation is a bit different. Thanks in advance to anyone who...

Apple App Store + Single-member US LLC (Foreign owned)

Netixone, who is the shareholder and director of UK Ltd company? Is it the Wyoming LLC? Can you explain what is the rationale of having the Wyoming LLC if everything is going through the UK Ltd? Thanks :)
