As far as I can remember chatting to a staff there, its annual income/outgoings and balance, agree that balance looks like a joke, spend or remove it all on Dec 30, report 0 on Dec 31, return everything Jan 1.- Tamarind

Depends what country you are in and does Malta have agreements with sharing info. Reporting is total annual in/out, not every single transaction, unless requested by your Tax Authorities.- Tamarind

Nominee Directors access to Bank Account
While the Bank must know the Ultimate Beneficiary, so you, Nominees is very uncommon to have access to Bank acc, unless you push that yourself, and very rare will any Nominee accept that, as it directly involves them to your Finances, rare would a Bank accent that also.- Tamarind

Who in the right mind would Bank in Republika Srpska in Bosnia? I guess Afganistan sounds more plausible. 5-10-15% Tax fees are acceptable for a decent sleep.- Tamarind

Nope, i just registered fake biz info on paypal, put a malta address, paypal sent 0.60 cent i think to Leu, confirmed the code, worked, sure not pumping it with lots of money, 500-1000 max 2-3 a week- Tamarind

Leupay block account if receive money from Paypal?
As stated you can link your LeuPay Card to PayPal to pay for things, and I also have linked the Bank Acc to PayPal but as a Business with Malta address.- Tamarind
