Banking in Cambodia? Good to impress a girlfriend I guess, but far away for any kind of safe baking for any serious amount of money. Fact they just need a passport, show how easy they can shut you down too. And owned by a Canadian group, big deal, they fall under Cambodia regulations.

They are still fine, just leaving a little of a bad taste with so many changes, so often, still good for not so big amounts.

Can you recommend a Belize bank?

Yes, its a contested territory, more of a little village island run by Turkey, so same rules apply as if you were in Istanbul.

Bank account for Montenegro company and swift fees

True, you seen it for yourself, but its not a place I'd recommend to anyone to do serious banking, as in all Balkans, its the people you know, that matter to business.

Bank account for Montenegro company and swift fees

I lived in Montenegro and Albania, I know what I'm talking. Friendly to russian oligarchs and corrupted Gov officials of course, otherwise unless you run a local business with local people or pushing money back and forth to Russia through dubious privatisations, nothing to do there.

What is the source of your money? Business? Crypto? Got invoices? Are you from EU? How much money is initial deposit and then how much money monthly? These are all questions a Bank will ask before taking on a client.
