For bank account opening the documents need to be notarized or not?

We are back to Seychelles & Belize when does someone suggest anything else then these two offshore jurisdictions?

If they are really going to share information of account holder in VP bank like that I don't understand who is still banking there? what sense does it make for any of the account holders in this bank? Could it be that existing customers are not affected at all?

For Belize I only know 1 bank you may check with, Alliance bank of Belize ltd, they take on clients directly, not the best infrastructure they have but worth a try if you have time to complete all the many documents they require for KYC :)
