    Thailand LTR + US LLC

I'm looking at LTR requirements, one of them is $80000 personal annual income. If you withdraw monthly $6700 from brokerage account to bank account, can this be considered as required personal income? What if you deposit back to brokerage account half of that money monthly?

Buying UAE property for tax residency

Is TRC + 3 months in UAE needed only if you want to use DTT and prove you were tax resident in previous year in UAE and not your home country? Or also in case when you cut residential ties with home country, becoming tax non-resident and not coming back for +5 years (tourist visits only)?

Buying UAE property for tax residency

How about using bank statement with residential address in UAE? Or do they want utility bill only? I'm wondering how people in shared housing (with roommates) provide utility bill? Or, what if you live for free with someone who owns the place?

    UAE unveils tax residency criteria

In DTA with my country it says UAE national only. Yes, some countries also have UAE national and UAE resident written in it. Since March 2023 I heard UAE revenue also issues TRC to UAE residents from countries that have only UAE national written in DTA, so that is not a problem anymore.

    UAE unveils tax residency criteria

In my country (EU) you need TRC if you don't deregister for tax purposes and are considered dual tax resident for that year under DTA. In the process of determining tax residency under DTA you must also provide TRC. If you only have other proofs that is not enough, they also want TRC and this...

    Thailand 0% tax

Worldwide taxation proposal was on Monday, but they changed it on Tuesday to remittance. I have no idea if they changed anything since then.

    Thailand 0% tax

Remittance = bringing money (cash/atm/card/wire/crypto) in TH.

    Thailand 0% tax

Remittance only, but since you have to live somehow, you will also have to file and pay taxes if you want to be tax resident in TH. Bringing cash or using someone elses card is tax evasion, I guess. One solution is to buy condo in a year when you spend less than 180 days in TH.
