    In my understanding companies using small business relief do not have to have audited financial statements They are exempt from profit tax if the revenue is under 3 million AED (not related to profit, it can be 100% profit) You can use this only for 3 years

    you could always say "various crypto investments" during last few years you sold the investment while being a resident in tax free country and paid 0% income tax on it i agree dividends would be easier, but in your case those are not dividends if bank does a good kyc they will ask for invoices...

    situation would be the same. you could be eligible for 9% tax in UAE, and it could be eligible for US tax too (since it is not owned by physical person).
