Delaware LLC as an EU resident

Access to US services and looking legit in front of clients. And a stable jurisdiction. If something goes to s**t in the UAE everything is fucked up with an UEA LLC. Maybe I'll be banned to take out money, all contracts and subscriptions will have to be redone etc. With a US LLC I'll simply pack...

Any experience from Monaco as domicile and tax residency?

Literally all kinds of jobs. It's a standalone country. From a baker to a banker. But it's tiny, so opportunities are limited, and often you need to speak French.

    Cheap Romanian incorporation services?

Is it possible to just use Wise then? Given that taxes will be paid in cash. No need to open a real bank account?

Any experience from Monaco as domicile and tax residency?

You can get a residency in Monaco through a job. You probably wouldn't be able to open a bank account in the principality, if you don't have the 500k, but you'd live tax free like any other resident. You just need to consider that you'd have to pay one of the highest rents in the world. As an...

Last chance for UK citizens to get Bulgaria residency as EU citizens.

Isn't he a resident of the UAE? I think he was saying that in one of his recent videos, and he sometimes makes videos from there too. Anyway I find him trustworthy too. Definitely not a sleazebag like Henderson. I've learned a lot from him, and it was all for free. Henderson gives me a vibe of...

How To Actually Avoid EU Tax With US LLC? (without changing residency)

An entity can't be a subsidiary and a branch at the same time ... A foreign-owned single-member LLC that doesn't elect to be taxed as a corporation is a disregarded entity, it doesn't matter if it's owned by a physical or legal person. If an LLC is considered non-ETBUS, it's not taxed in the...

"accumulate fines" lol what are the revenue limits per quarter to be still eligible for the micro-company regime?

    Cheap Romanian incorporation services?

I talked to them more yesterday, incorporation takes about 5-7 working days. Once this is done you can do business with non-EU clients. For EU clients you'll need intra-community VAT, which will take some time. Upon registration they also open a bank account for you.

    Cheap Romanian incorporation services?

Got a reply from them, it's not 300 EUR for a basic registration. Prices are pretty reasonable. I'd like Segd's comment twice if I can ... Last edited: Nov 17, 2021

    Cheap Romanian incorporation services?

You don't need to reserve a name. You just specify one when setting up a company. Articles of association for example: Model Act Constitutiv | PDF None of these fees are necessary, just optional. Just like I didn't pay $200 for an EIN, and did it all myself. As a one man company everything is...

    Cheap Romanian incorporation services?

450 RON (~ 90EUR) for a SRL formation, nice, that's exactly the type of service I was looking for, thanks!

Delaware LLC + holding company + EU sole proprietorship

I don't trade forex live yet, haven't ironed out my strategies yet. I like IC Markets, tight spreads, one-click trading interface, but it's Australian, their restrictions are even worse than in the EU, but I wouldn't be trading from Australia so not sure how that'd apply to me, their demo...

Delaware LLC + holding company + EU sole proprietorship

Another reply from a Romanian lawyer. Case closed, a foreign company managed from Romania would really be subject to the standard CIT of 16% as a non-Romanian entity regardless of its revenue or if it's a subsidiary of a Romanian company. You should ask this question as a test to lawyers in...

UK - reduction of automatic exchange of information with the EU

Yes there are ways to uncover it, but will it happen if you take precautions like not paying yourself directly or not at all ... You think people with residency in Monaco actually live there ... ?

UK - reduction of automatic exchange of information with the EU

Yes. But there's nothing that actually identifies you, no passport number, no tax id, no exact address. Unless you keep receiving money from your company directly, and it comes under investigation, nobody will link some Jerry in a public register with you. Moreover it's possible to only search...

UK - reduction of automatic exchange of information with the EU

Beginning with this year, the UK has significantly reduced the scope of information that's being shared with the EU. The HMRC decided to drop the DAC6 reporting of cross-border arrangements almost entirely, to only arrangements with hallmarks of category D (arrangements that involve...

Delaware LLC + holding company + EU sole proprietorship

The EU decided, for our own good, that leverage in forex is limited to max 30:1 . In Germany, the clever heads in charge decided that losses on trading derivatives (including CFDs, which is most brokers) are deductible only up to 20k, but gains are taxed in full, so you can end up paying more...

EU living in Georgia - Not elegible for 1% scheme - where to incorporate?

I was told by a Romanian that insulation and heating are problems in Romanian apartments. What's the situation in your opinion?

Delaware LLC + holding company + EU sole proprietorship

US brokers. To get around the idiotic EU restrictions (like not being allowed to buy ETFs), and to get the best features (in the EU brokers are very basic, because the average citizen is a financial moron who keeps money in a checking / savings account). All money earned are reinvested. I only...

Delaware LLC + holding company + EU sole proprietorship

An LLC nowadays is really only good to hide yourself from the public and to access US services. If you find a country that does not give a s**t about what the US is reporting to them and is easy to officially move to let me know. Only the UAE comes to mind. I don't have a 1M for Monaco, yet...
