Thanks. Is there any disadvantage in a Florida LLC? It seems cheaper than Delaware but more expensive than NM and WY. Maybe also less registered agents to choose from. Has anyone here ever considered a Florida LLC? From what I've read they don't offer any anonimity but besides that it is almost the same as others. Yes. Getting a bank account would be another problem. But if IBKR does not have a problem with foreign owned LLCs, that's already a good progress, considering that they apparently aren't being friendly with BVI and other jurisdictions.- Dom pedro

Is wise rejecting your applications? Are they for companies located in US? Or companies in the Caribbean? I see. Better to use them only for sending/receiving from IBKR. For the Crypto<->Fiat I could use an intermediate EMI.- Dom pedro
