    Wyoming LLC - Buy Crypto

AFAIK, crypto transactions are taxable the same way as stocks. And stocks and other investments are capital gains free for non-residents, so I don't belive that crypto would be an exception. Although if you lend your cryptos and make interest, there may be the case where that's taxable income.

How Bahamas resident open account with international bank as They do not accept Bahamas resident ?

What is your plan for cashing out? Do you have a bank in Paraguay? Or do you cash out to a bank abroad and use its debit/credit card there? I have many options if I use my current residency, but I might lose them whey they notice I am not in the country anymore. Also I would prefer to avoid CRS...

How Bahamas resident open account with international bank as They do not accept Bahamas resident ?

Thank you! For me it's really nice to have access to OTC, Canadian stocks and if possible other countries. Do you know if Swissquote would onboard a paraguayan resident?

Crypto friendly EMI and/or Bank for a foreign-owned US LLC

Thanks. I forgot to mention that my LLC is US. I will try Arrival and FV once my EIN arrives. One important thing about Arrival though is that it is actually based in PR. I hope that would not be a problem with brokers such as IBKR.

I am very interested in those asian brokers. I am moving to Paraguay and love to know alternatives to IBKR (it seems like the only exchange that supports the country)

    Question I've a Paraguayan residency - What're my real advantages now ?

I am planing to go to Paraguay soon and I've spoken with locals (I speak spanish) and accountants. To put things short, if you don't bring income you will not be taxed on that. Also, if you really want to bring income to banks, you don't need to pay the 10% IVA tax, but you need to pay IRP...

Is there any tax free countries for professional crypto traders and investors?

It's a grey area still, but from what I've heard nobody faced that issue yet. What you can also do is create an offshore on top of being a resident there, and making your trades in the name of that company. This basically guarantees 100% that your profits have foreign origin. Another alternative...

Is there any tax free countries for professional crypto traders and investors?

Paraguay and Uruguay don't have taxes on foreign income. Paraguay is really easy to get permanent residency. And you don't even need to stay there, just visit the country once every 3 years.

Setup for Crypto and Stock trading

Hello guys. It's been awhile since I las posted here. Since then I've been working full time in the crypto space. And to avoid taxation what I decided to do for now is simply to not be a resident of my country anymore. I am not a residency of any country, and therefore not taxable anywhere. The...

Setup for Crypto and Stock trading

Please check my profile :) You only forgot the bank account to be able to fund your IB account (you must fund your account using a bank in the name of the company). But yeah, it is a simple setup. The taxation will depend on the laws of the country you reside. As I said in a past post, my...

Setup for Crypto and Stock trading

Hey Phantom. I am sorry for this late reply. Unfortunately Brazil is undergoing a tax reform and there are many things that we don't know yet, but it seems that in the current proposal citizens will be required to pay taxes of the annual profits of companies located in countries considered "tax...

Setup for Crypto and Stock trading

Thanks for the reply Phantom. That's almost exactly my line of thought so far. Only one correction: you will not pay taxes for capital gains in stocks and derivatives of US stocks, even with a US LLC. These gains are not counted as income coming from US. You will play however the 30% tax...

Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

Brazil. You have to be careful because in some places a Controlled Foreign Coroporation (CFC) have some rules, including taxation. But even in those cases, such as the UK, sometimes you don't pay taxes for business done overseas and financial trading.

Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico, please tell me what's your choice?

This is contrary to every other piece of information I`ve found on the Internet. What other people say is that not only you don't need a SSN, people could create Wise account even without EIN. Do you think they would accept the Registered Agent address? If I opt for the owner address, can it...

Crypto 2020 taxes USA residence future planning for confiscation; report or not report?

Maybe you can form an offshore company and have your cryptos there? You can use DEX for exchanging between tokens. This way I think you don't need to report any crypto transactions at all. At least it's how it works in my country. The crypto->fiat path is much more complex, but it is not impossible.
