I asked Bing Chat if Mercury still Alows registered Agents and it spit out this Post and the mercury FAQ.
In the FAQ it states you can give a foreign address as well.
Do you need to do consulting, or can I use Mercury for a SaaS company as well?
I also just realized in Wyoming that most of the (cheap) Agents Services share the same address, wonder if that's a problem too.
Does it make sense to open your company in New Mexico and then open a bank account in a Miami or New York branch? I wonder if that can make problems as well.
I think everything is called Consulting in your country because there are tax benifits in doing so there. In Georgia I supporse it's the opposite, so you write on the bill that you did "Admin Work", not "Consulting" and you might be fine.
You couldn't be more wrong Bankers actually hate it because it's transparent and can't be used to rob people, via inflation. Of course I am talking about Proof of Work Coins held in your own Wallet. If you use a Bank you don't own your Crypto, in the same way as if you use a bank to hold stock...

But what if you can't make it back in 6 month, because covid 2021 or smalpox or whatever the next reason for the next lockdowns and flight restrictions will be.
You could also switch between Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Turkey every 3 month. There is a cheap flight between Antalya and TRNC. Instead of living there permanently. I am thinking of doing this, haven't been to TRNC yet though. Until your company works. You also may have to pay exit tax if you...
You think you can register a business in Georgia and not pay them taxes?
If you just need to write Invoices you could use something like Xolo Go and pay a 5% fee + VAT.
UK Ltd/LPP might work too. Turkey is also very cheap and close by.
