UAE to introduce 9% corporate tax on business profits from June 1, 2023 (FZCO REMAINS 0%)

Do we just have to move the US LLC operations/assets into a UAE freezone then? Are there any way to keep current US LLC structure?

UAE to introduce 9% corporate tax on business profits from June 1, 2023 (FZCO REMAINS 0%)

Hey guys, what about using a US partnership instead of a LLC?? Dubai taxes partnerships as pass-through, as if it's personal? Is that for US LLC's as well?

How will be taxed Pass-through entities in 2023 in the UAE?

How would that work from a CFC/PE standpoint with the US LLC? If the freezone income qualifies, will that structure really work?

UAE corporate tax from 2024 and reporting incomes of foreign entities

Hmm in the case of Thailand and crypto, you could use a foreign corp like a US LLC to legally avoid taxes no? Since it's territorial any gains you bring in the next year once distributed is tax free. If you own the crypto yourself, then it should be taxed.. Yes, you're right - sorry, i should...

For US LLC - could one stay just 3 months to get personal tax residency, then operate the US LLC in another country without CFC rules?

How will be taxed Pass-through entities in 2023 in the UAE?

So normally if you operate the US LLC in Dubai - with the new CT rules, if management and control is in UAE, it will be subject to 9% CT. Are you saying if you were to add a UAE freezone branch to the US LLC structure, you could operate/manage the US LLC from within UAE without triggering...

    Thailand 0% tax

From what I understand (not tax advice): On a Thai elite visa, you don't have a work permit, so you are not allowed to do any work. If you have a foreign company and your entire operation is foreign, then you can bring the funds into the Kingdom tax free, the following calendar year tax free...

Thailand doesn't have CFC rules, so you are allow to manage the company from within Thailand, with your business and team team being foreign.

Thank you, perfect response - so legality-wise, there's not much issue on the banking level? Maybe can get the bank account closed or something?

Opening a bank in Singapore with unsupported residency

Hello, I noticed banks in Singapore only support a few residencies. For example, Canadian. What happens if you tell them you are a resident of Canada (if you previously were) but really live in another unsupported country? I guess they are doing it for CRS? Or do they not want a high risk...

Need Help About US LLC Related

From what I understand, Amazon makes you go through a tax interview. If you are a non-resident owner of a US LLC, you can fill out a W8 BEN to avoid withholding. Does that make any sense?

    CFC and PE?

I see, hmm I mean, it's kind of like "reverse CFC in this case"? If Person B is basically running the business online without any physical presence... how can the Person B's country prove this PE is there?

    CFC and PE?

I was thinking, how does it work in this case? For example, Person A is the owner of the business. He resides in Cayman Islands. He comes to Germany and opens a bank account there. And registers payment processing under a German address. He hires Person B to manage the business. Person B lives...

VISA/MASTERCARD don't accept non-resident owned US LLC - need EU UK or Lithuanian LLC

It sounds like if that setup works (ie. your exposure is on the c-corp's level) - then you don't need the LLC. You can just push from C-corp to the UBO Am I missing anything?
