    I can recommend you a provider for Bulgaria. Set up for 400EUR no probs. As stated, regarding Romania, it's the same - a trip is needed. So if you are interested let me know.

    Its 10% flat tax. Office is cheap, you can hire an assistant administrator for 500EUR. Accounting is in the limit of 200EUR a month( depends) A good apartment in the capital is 350EUR a month. A pint in a nice bar is 2 EUR. A full lunch is 4EUR. One of the best Greek beaches are 4 hours driving...

    To contribute I will again promote BG as a better and cheaper option than Malta and Cyprus. It works for me at least.

    Don't listen to every word. Tax authorities need to check your business first and than they will know what exactly and how exactly you are selling unless you reclaim VAT.

Tax authorities use software to find risk companies and check them and also there are some "lucky" winners out of all companies which are checked as well.     It wont work, at least on a long run. When your bg company goes under check by taxman they will ask you to pay the tax on those invoices like it was profit. I work with an office who set up the company for 150EUR and is in Sofia. Last edited by a moderator: Nov 13, 2018

    I am watching a middle east option at the moment and even consider going there soon but for me (EU citizen) Montenegro is a great solution for now.

    Its in my previous posts - CKB and personal visit. For me it was 7 hours driving so no big deal.
