I use a Wyoming LLC, it works well for my needs. The only real issue from a tax perspective is making sure that your income isn't effectively connected to the US. Actually now that i think about it... You might have a point, as i am a non-us individual the LLC would be tax exempt with me as the owner also. So i guess the Seychelles company just unnecessarily complicates things.- justsomeguy

I think i have decided on a seychelles company + a wyoming llc This would allow me to operate under the llc with no tax obligations and while having the liability benefits of a llc and access to US banks.- justsomeguy
