Hello, I've just talked to someone from EPB to unlock my account. Then I asked her an update about our case and she said it's supposed to be solved in March...

I just expected to be able to log into my account like I could in January.

My account is locked after many attempts. It kept saying my password is wrong... how about you?

if he can't publicly give the reason, then he can PM one of us? :)

Now EPB online banking is down for many days already. No worry, everything is safe and under control!

Peter S said he's reviewing legal options for us... that would be great if he could share it with us. So far it looks like he doesn't do anything to speed up the process.

Yes we can definitely write to them if any emails but how about just writing one and CC many of us? That's why I put my email here last time. I do it again just in case [email protected]

At least that would be great if we had someone in the Portuguese government who could update us? And what do you guys think if we can collect all our email addresses and send an email to EPB asking them for clear update? We could also ask them to reply in this thread? Mine is [email protected]

I wonder why back in 25th october EPB wrote this to me: We are currently still waiting on the bank's OCIF-appointed receiver and custodian institution to complete their process, all funds should be wired out by the end of October. The latest possible date will be the first week of November...

Unfortunately, no update since 16th december. By the way, that would be great to be updated by EPB's OCIF-appointed receiver or custodian institution. What is the blocking issue so far? No EPB customers know... And EPB probably know more than what they say. I see Peter is still active on social...
