I got the following answer from EPB: "At this time, we await a further update and would have more information for you in the coming days. "
Well, still better than a month ago. Keep faith :)
Let's say we start to see the end of the tunnel. The updates are a little bit clearer than before where they just said we had to wait 3 more months without any reasons. But yeah, this can last few more months :(
I've just wrote this to EPB. We all need some more clarifications at this point.

I don't remember I had something before in "Pending Authorization". Anyway, most important I think is what you see in your balance. My money hasn't gone yet. I think we can be patient few days.
According to the latest update Liquidation Update: Action Required - Euro Pacific Bank we may receive our money by the end of this month. Finger crossed.
That's a good finding! But not sure shaming them on public would make things go faster for us.
What are our options at this point? Sending separated messages on Linkedin would just make them laugh and ignore us.

Thanks Peter. Then what's next? Can we all have a call (Peter, your lawyer, Qenta, customers) and figure out how we can work together to put pressure on Novo? Maybe involve the media as well? We deserve at least an update from Novo. What is their plan? What are their reasons to keep our funds?
Hello Peter, can you please at least give us an official update with a proof that the government freeze has been lifted? Then some of us can also try to work behind the scene like you said. So far what can we tell them "yes, someone on internet said that blablabla..."?
That'd be great to have official and maybe public update about the decision of the court. So far we just have someone named P Schiff who update us, don't know if the real one or not. On the other hand, EPB, Qenta and Novo bank keep silent...
So what can we do at this point? Just patiently wait for quarterly update from EPB saying we should wait again? Is the mission of your lawyer finished?
You can be sure EPB people, the receiver, Peter S, OCIF and many others all read our comments while eating popcorn... they probably laugh at us while thinking "look at this bunch of losers begging for their money hahaha... they'll have it when/if we decide so!!"

That would be great if we could at least have the contact of the lawyer in charge of our case... it looks like we don't deserve any clear updates. Who we are to deserve updates? :(
