    I'm in the same situation. It looks like they decided for me to be OPT in although I OPT out... anyway, Qenta didn't get in touch with me.

    I remember last year we were hoping to get back our money before the end of 2022. One year later, it looks like nothing has changed. Looks like it's easy for Novo Bank to receive the money but not easy to wire out...

    From what I heard, it usually takes around 1 or 2 years to get back your money after a liquidation. I'm sure many lawyers are working on this case to make sure we'll soon be refunded but they don't communicate with us in this group.

    Then they mistakenly counted me as OPT IN and didn't contact me as an OPT IN like they did with other customers... well, nothing to worry about, it's well managed!!

    I don't know if this question is for me but I wrote to [email protected] since some of OPT OUT customers received an email from Axos requesting to create an account and submit some documents. And they replied to me that I'm an OPT IN... then I wrote to EPB, my email was automatically...

    I think OPT OUT customers should check with EPB if they really are OPT OUT. I am 100% I tried to transfer my money to me which was supposed to make me a OPT OUT customer but I've been recently informed that I was OPT IN...

    I thought I asked to be OPT OUT but now they've just told me I will be migrated to Qenta... Well, I hope it will be easy to get back my money if it goes to Qenta. Any thoughts about that? Any of the OPT IN have been contacted by Qenta?

    So if I understand well, they couldn't hit their first milestone? Does it mean the rest will be delayed? And in their latest report on 20th July, they said "The next update report on this mater should be filed no later than July 24, 2023.". Maybe it was private updates with some customers?

    We were all being asked this during the time EPB was working. I guess EPB has provided these info to the commissioner already.
