Maybe the buyer used credit card to make a purchase. In this case your Personal account is charged 4.9% + 0.30$. Is this the case, can you check?

OK, here it goes. Ladies and gentlemen, here are summed hours of my digging trough Paypal, Moneybookers and AlertPay sites and their User Agreements. I myself made this comparison, and I hold no responsibility about it's accuracy, although this informations are as accurate as their sites state...

Poeple, listen to me: PayPal doesn't charge ANYTHING if you have Personal account type. If you have Premium or Business then it charges fees for receiving money. I remember I made a mistake when I unintentionally upgraded from Personal to Premium account, but I contacted support and they...

Usually 3 days for me it takes. But don't forget that those are 3 business days, so the Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included.

I didn't know that, interesting. Is AlertPay available in all countries, because that is what I hate about PayPal, they don't support most of the countries in the World?

I agree that they are important as well as any other stuff in the equation. At first the most important thing for me when building a website is to nurture wishes of my aimed customers and visitors and website's niche and then how to market the web site. There couldn't be one without the other.
